We offer Journalism: NEWSPAPER I (1018.R000.Y) and Advanced Journalism: NEWSPAPER II (1028.H000.Y) and Advanced Journalism: NEWSPAPER III (1038.H000.Y) for returning members!

Newspaper I: Learn to write in different styles for various audiences and reasons. High school students in this class are expected to regularly plan, write, and review their work to ensure it is clear, interesting, and follows proper English rules. They will study journalistic practices, research topics they choose, write journalistic pieces, and learn about publishing.

Newspaper II & Newspaper III: Students will learn to share information through print, digital, and online formats for different audiences and purposes. They will regularly plan, write, and finish various projects, focusing on making their writing clear, inteeresting, and grammatically correct. Students will sharpen their journalism skills, explore topics of their choice, and prepare projects using one or more media formats.
